Our structure
The BAF Camp is a self-managed event. Its mode of organization is based on general coordination made up of several working groups on the different aspects necessary for its success. The organization of this camp is done in an attempt at horizontality. Decisions are made by consent and we advocate an anti-authoritarian attitude. The organizing group is made up of people learning together to create these kinds of events, so it is open to anyone. No skills are required.

GT Care
Think about the processes to be put in place practically and theoretically so that oppression does not recur during the organization of the festival as well as during its progress.
GT Communication
Manage social networks, website, external communication of the event.
GT Volunteers
Take care of the logistics of volunteering at the camp location.
GT Logistics
Plan the necessary equipment for the festival as well as the logistics of the site (locations of the different festival centers, arrival and departure management, etc.)
GT Programming
Propose workshop themes for the festival programming and contact these collectives/people.
GT Money & Legal
Define a budget for the festival, contact donors, think about the legal protection of the festival and request the necessary authorizations.
GT Coordination
Supports other groups and ensures fluid communication between the different GTs.
Volunteering
On site, our objective is for this event to take place in the most horizontal and self-managed manner possible. This is why, in order to erase as much as possible the border between volunteers &
βconsumersβ of the festival, ideally, all participants give a little of their time to make this festival run. We calculated that if all volunteers work 2 hours per day, then the festival should be able to operate in a self-managed manner. Furthermore, any task can be adapted if you have any disability.

The camp will be set up together. We'll need help! It will be necessary to erect marquees and stages,
but also create the decor, imagine spaces and build infrastructure using pallets according to our desires!
